Delta SkyMiles, Delta Air Lines’s own loyalty program, hadn’t rebranded since 1995. And starting in 2023, the airline wanted to put significant marketing behind it. So we were tasked with rebranding a whole new platform for SkyMiles that moved the brand away from the expected business commuter demographic and toward a fresh new audience.

Our platform “Grow Your World” embraced both sides of loyalty membership travel - the accrual and the reward. After all, the more miles you earn and use, the more you grow your passions, life experiences, world.

In this campaign refresh, we told the story of a modern couple who grow their love and their world with Delta SkyMiles from the very first date.
